There's no such thing as a "supra box" Supra's had all sorts of boxes, one of them being a W58, which isn't all that different to the W57. The 58 is a bit stronger and has different ratios, not sure on specifics though. Whatever W box you can find will be fine for a stock RA60.
It is a fairly straightforward job, but it can be tough installing a gearbox for the first time. You'll be under the car wiggling, twisting pushing and bashing for hours without someone who's done it before.
The afore mentioned twisting and bashing is while under the car, holding the heavy-ass gearbox in the air as well.
Unless you find a crappy beat up manual RA60 celica with a good gearbox for cheap, then it probably won't be worthwhile. Just buy a factory manual.
