Not quite the same but I used the standard corolla pedal box and used the TA22 pedal in my old KE28, worked a treat and is still going strong That method seemed like the simplest way of doing things at the time.
What is not lining up? Is it the pedals not lining up with the brake and clutch master cylinders?
