I want to fit an electric arial to my Aus spec MA61, as I need to replace mine away, I thought I'd go with the wank factor.
I rang up Toyota today and they want $345 just for the motor and arial !! I was just wondering is there are any other Toyota models with electric arials that would fit an MA61? that way I could always go and look for one being wrecked.
That's interesting... I got mine last year... What's broken in it? if it's the plastic drum thingy? I got one out of a Cressida and put it in mine. If it's the mast it's around $100 for it at Toyota. When you order one from Toyota, you get everything associated with the antenna, the rubber hood(black thing before the nut on top), the cap/nut and the rubber drain hoses as shown in the picture below. Here is a photo of a new one...
