idle stereo 13.2 / 13.4
~3000 rpm 13.2 / 13.4

KE70 has bosch alternator with 14.3V regulator.
your alternator is fuked and your "wrecker" battery is likely fucked also.
fix your alternator and spend a hundred bucks on a decent heavy duty battery and stop fucking around
