find a 21RET (turbo EFI) - they seem to be plentiful in the USA (compared to AUs where they're not), but expect the diff to have a relatively short and eventful life.
18RG are extremely scarce for you folk.
As for body parts, take tape measure to wrecking yards and see what panels fit/measure the same.
