paul wrote a bit on how he shined his wheels (I think it was on his webpage actually)

you'll have to sand off the clearcoat, which is on them from the factory.
then you'll want to get them machined, get rid of any dents or scratches.
then you'll want them powdercoated (ideally, but you could just spray them I guess)

and follow this with some more clear coat..

I'm not too sure about the last step, I know very little about paints on cars
