no offence, but you arent ready for the answers to these questions.

i'll try anyway.

Yes, you can just wire the thick wire from 20 valve dizzy to the sprinter (2) thick white wires, but there is more to wiring the internally regulated alternator than this. you will use some of the wires in the plug that the old 4AC voltage regulator plugged into.

4ACs do not have ignitore, you need one for your 4AGE

the 4AC does not have a circuit opening relay as it only has one mechanical fuel pump, this is irrelevant as you dont need to use a circuit opening relay anyway, just use a normal relay triggered by the "engine running" signal. DO NOT WIRE IT UP TO THE IGNITION

read heaps more, search heaps more and get hold of someone who can give yopu a hand, again no offence, but i knew loads more than you, and i still needed my mate to give me a hand working stuff out with my 4AGE conversion
