Typical Chrome/Polished Alloy 4 spoke they're dished, stud patter (PCD) is 114.3mm x 4 stud perfect for Sprinter but as to body clearance I don't know.
I've seen plenty of Sprinters with MA61's and 7/14 Hotwires (I have 2 only of these) and these really fill the guards and tyre size - well - you gotta watch it.
At a guess 195/60 would be fine - at a guess. Anything bigger and you might need a mash hammer.
An alloy like a Dragway (popular on TA22 RA 40 etc) would look fine on a Sprinter, but watch the guard size - where are you mate ? Best way is a trial fit.
I can measure the backspace and you can calculate or find a mate East Suburbs Melb whose generous with his time for atest fit.
Came off Skyline 1982 - same PCD etc etc etc $250-00 for the four No tyres fitted
Also got a set 15 x 6.5 Mesh (Like Simmons V4 but Jap Imprt) a few days ago, $400 no tyres and $500 with 3 x 65% Michelin Pilots.
