Your mates are correct. The name Ultra Tune is misleading, because there isn't really anything you can "tune". Basically, so long as everything is maintained correctly, all you can really do is set the base ignition timing. The computer does all the rest.

About the only thing you can do to change it slightly is reset the ECU, but that usually makes it worse before it makes it better Smile
