To set the timing, bridge pins T and E1 on the diagnostic plug and rotate the dizzy.

To reset the ECU, easiest way is to pull the EFI fuse (or the battery terminal) for at least 20 seconds.

Your ECU will be near the glove-box, either above, behind or to the side.
