4AGE diagnostic code 52?

I've got a small port 4AGE (MAP sensor), and yesterday during a rally broke the alternator mounting bolt and so had no charge for a bit. Anyway, fixed that, and now the check engine light keeps coming up. It only comes up when I rev the engine above about 4000RPM (and then stays on until I kill the ignition again). I've reset the ECU, but it comes up again, so I guess there is something wrong.
First of all, after resetting the ECU, the light blinks rapidly (like how it describes it in the 4AGE book as an AFM 4AGE). Umm... Why would it do this?
Secondly, after getting the check engine light to come on, the diagnostic code says 5, 2. What on earth is 5, 2? There is no code like this in the 4AGE book...
