Hmmmm,

I can think of:

Drive Belts
Timing Belt
Clutch Kit
Intercooler Piping
Equipment Hire (you may have friends with everythin ya need)
Custom Tailshaft? (Dunno if it's needed, I guess it depends what tranny you use and if the R154 bolts up and the original shaft is a perfect fit)
Disc Machining (Provided you use ones from frontcut and they are rusty, and you aren't just gunna use a pair of pads Razz)
Brake Pads for said Upgraded Calipers
Brake Fluid
Other oils, fluids, filters

New Diff when you're having too much fun with the 6banga (as somebody calls it Razz)

I may be wrong, and I'm sure people who have done this will be able to give you a better picture but it is most likely going to be a unanimous more expensive than I budgeted for.

GOOD LUCK, I hope to do the same or 2JZ/1UZ conversion someday!
