Yup, 18R-GEU is the only sensible option given the budget. This engine was also available from the factory in your chassis (specifically, the JDM-spec RA63), so it will be a walk in the park (relatively speaking) to install. I managed to put one of these into an RA23 in an afternoon without any special tools or equipment apart from a hired engine crane; I think that pretty much sums it up!
