Mate I'd say its your circuit open relay..

Basically its job is to power the fuel pump up with a few different inputs to trigger the relay.. STA is one of them from the starter motor (thats why the pump goes when you are cranking), then there is I think, but don't quote me, FC from the Air flow meter? This should go to the circuit open relay so when the flap in the air flow meter is open it triggers the relay to run the pump.

You better double check all wiring to the circuit open relay (usually a green relay with 5 wires going into the base), should have circuit open written on it.
