Do you mean the thrust bearing in the clutch mechanism?
If so, you just press it off and press it on. Usually with a bit of ingenuity, you can do it in a biggish vice. Otherwise, off to a workshop - might cost $10.
If you mean those that support the crank, then that's a much bigger job. I'd suggest you get an engine manual.
