I've used both RB20+25 turbos on my 4ag, and initially had a little bit of the same problem. The main things are oil return, restrictor and crankcase venting, as already said. To check out crankcase venting, remove the oil cap and tie some rag loosely in place of it, so everything case breathe (and make a mess! buy hey). Also the oil restrictor hole is less than 1mm from memory, damned tiny.
