I got a quote this arvo. The dude tested the stock clutch, its just under 2000lb pressure plate.
He's going to uprate the pressure plate 30%, replace the stock Aisin friction plate with a Daikin one as "it has a better centre", replace the thrust bearing, machine the flywheel and generally tidy up the surfaces of the clutch itself. It will be approximately $380 plus GST, so about $420 all up.
