all i can suggest is getting your master cylinder looked at... if you get hold of a second hand one fromt he wreckers for a few bucks, try it and see if that is actually the problem... t hat way you can take the next step which would be getting the master cylinder looked at... another thing, did you put rubber greece on the rubbers when you assembled the master cylinder? i'm not sure if this makes any difference when there is brake fluid in the bore, just a thought...
