4A-GE conversion help needed!

i have a holden nova, same as a toyota corolla (ae-92) and its got a 4afc in it!
Iwas wondering if you could put in a 86 kw engine and it would both bolt straight in and use my current gearbox,
I have got an offer for an engine which is pretty reasonable, but would like it to be a bit less of the $500 mark!
If someone could tell me the best engine for my proporsition i would be most grateful!
