Was my tailshaft bolts. Jacked up the left rear to shake the wheel, was rock solid. So I shook the tailshaft.
ALL 4 bolts were finger loose!!!
So I did 'em up as tight as I could by hand, then had to drive to basketball. Got back and tightened 'em up as tight as I could with some spanners. Not sure how long they'll stay tight though.
Whats a good way to tighten these 4 bolts??
Paul, the tailshaft was the original supra 2 peice ... although it might not be original as someone before me swapped the car from auto to manual. We made the engine mounts so that we didn't need to move the gearbox mounts. They use the same ones, so the tailshaft just slotted in.
