You will have trouble trying to get the roll cage through, some engineers will do it if you have a Cams license and claim you need it for Rally use.
The four point harness is really no problems so long as you keep the original belts in there for "street use"
The insurers probably won't care so long as you have your car engineered properly (at least people like Just Cars etc. will not care)
