KE30's do have a brake booster. The early ones ('74-'76) have a small one, like only 4" in diameter. It is good to upgrade to the bigger 6" booster ('77), this is what I have. The later models (KE55) have a different Australian "PBR" master cylinder and booster.

If you ever want to run a 4 bolt master cylinder (to get 1" or 15/16" size), you can use a booster off a RT104 corona, it bolts up to the fire wall easy.
