I thought the drop in pressure to the MAP sensor would be so small it wouldnt make a difference? I suppose youre right though , better safe than sorry.

Are *all* the hoses that come off the inlet manifold related to pressure then? Could i tap into any of them?

I've tried loads of things to keep the nylon tubing attached to vacuum hose, and none of them work. I dont really want to run the risk of it blowing off again so im still going to use the above connector, but perhaps on another line as you say.

Anybody know which one? got a piccie you can point to?
