The only way your going to find out is to try it.
Of course, this is always the problem with changing TB... making sure that you dont go so big that you loose idle quality and low speed accuracy.
If it is a problem, you could try using a logarithmic cable pully, or if it already has one, get/make one with a bigger slope.

Im thinking youve probably gone a tad too large.

Does anyone have a rough calculation of TB size compared to max intake CFM?
A rough estimate says youll be pulling about 450CFM with WOT at peak torque.
