Check that your cold start injector is turning off....maybe if something silly has happened with the wiring from the cold start injector time switch it might be staying on all the time.
I suppose the other thing might be that the engine temp sensor wiring is up the putt, and it may be that the ECU is seeing a cold engine at all times.
I'd check those again.
If all that checks out OK, then a last resort would be to tune it thru the AFM. However, given that it was running just fine in the Crown, my suspicion is that there is something up with the wiring. I don't doubt that you have checked the wiring a gazillion times, but I think there is something there that is just not right.
