I can only be half helpful in this area I'm afraid.
the rear quarter window,and windscreen trims are made of stainless steel,painted black.
you can just sand them back,and repaint,or polish them up if you were so inclined-they'd come up like chrome if you put in enough effort.
as for the clips that hold them on(the windscreen trims are held on with stainless screws),I have no idea if they can be bought,I've yet to look into it.
I would imagine they can be.
