The "Lexus" thing I believe you are referring to is actually a combination of a Lexus 1UZFE Air Flow Meter and a set of *low-impedance* 13B-turbo RX7 Series IV 550cc injectors. What that does is allows you to run the stock ECU at higher boost pressures with almost correct fuelling (a trick, of sorts). As far as I'm aware 550cc Lexus injectors don't even exist. The other thing that you've got a bit wrong there is the Microtech computer. That's fine, but if you're doing that then the "Lexus" upgrade isn't worth doing because you won't have an Air Flow Meter any more, and you'll then be able to run any injectors you like as long as they physically fit. So just any old RX7 550cc injectors would be fine - note here also that with an aftermarket computer like a Microtech, the factory 440cc 7MGTE injectors will have a lot more life in them due to more accurate fuelling, and with the upgrades you mentioned you may or may not need them (the 440's should be good for AT LEAST 450 crank hp).
