If its a gen1 you can just use the standard flywheel that came with it (assuming its a manual).
Anything later than that and you are going to have to get a custom flywheel made.
You'll most likely have to shave about 5-6mm from the bellhousing to get the input shaft to locate properly in the spigot bearing (which you will have to source separately too). There were a couple of articles available on the net that described some of the basics of making a 3SGE RWD, but I'm not sure if they are still around.
