dude, I'm pretty sure it's a genuine toyota one, because on the under-side it has numbers and letters for the part number (i think) and it has an arrow and grooves. It doesn't have the rubber padding on the outter edges of the scoop, but it has rubber padding where the air enters the scoop (hard to explain). But all in all it is in great condition, with nuts included.
