The guy who previously owned the other set of turbos is adamant that they worked perfectly before he pulled them off (all I have is his word for that). When you spoke to me about the turbos you said they "screamed". That suggests an oil supply problem and I would feel uneasy to sell you another set to find the same thing happened.
If you really are interested then can I suggest you change-out the turbos at my place so you can test them there and then. I really don't want be put in the same position again and have ill feeling over a set of turbos that aren't mine to start with. As for the price, he'll let you have them for $500.
