"I could not recommend the use of ******** in Penrith as I did not feel valued as a customer, and the job completed was found to be lacking" Something wishywashy like that , thats a personal opinion on the issue, so not as "defamatory". On the other hand your doing us all a favour by letting us know that really isn't a place worth going to to get work done, its a tough call, but if you want to take it further than you'll just have to be careful how you phrase stuff, even if what they did sux. If you do want to get anything done, your going to need to have "written quotes" on all the work done, if you dont have that, then sadly you cant do anything. 2 options, talk to a solicitor and see what you can settle out of court(nasty letters from solicitors usually scare people into action), if that doesnt work and you've got the $$$ take them to court. Failing that, and I hate to admit it, write to ACA or some other Current Affairs show, they'll put the "dodgy business men ripping off the locals" spin on it, it'll either put them outa business or you'll get your money back.
