The Toy Shop sells JZX-91 half-cuts for $3,500
FMIC and 3" exhaust will add another $3,000 at least.
Fuel pump and RRFPR about $200
Then you'll want to think about a boost controller, guage and BOV - at least another $500
The 1JZGTE ECU's are supposed to be pretty good - though adding an Apexi S-AFC II would improve things a lot - $1,000 fitted.
Probably need a new fuel pump and surge tank - $700
You'll need to have the tailshaft modded as well as engine mounts and X-member modding.
Then freshen the engine with timing belt, fluids, etc.
Then you're really going to need to upgrade brakes and maybe suspension too

Apparently wiring in the autobox is a PITA - but still it is a lot cheaper than going manual with a W-58.

And engineering can add up to $2,000

So, even doing all the work yourself - it is a pretty expensive conversion. BUT if you do it well, you will have an AWESOME car that flies down the freeways!

With intake and exhaust mods and boost turned up to 12psi, you should make somewhere around 220rwkw. Not bad for the old Cressi!

Good luck,

Justin
