ok heres the update.
after putting on the exhaust i can see there is no way to retain my aircon. i have removed the compressor but the condensor and all the rest remains in hope that i can source a GZE compressor and it is a good deal smaller, but i doubt it.
secondly, the way the guy i bought my motor off has set it up, the altenator sits real low, just above the swaybar and uses the bottom two bolt holes where the compressor usually sits.
so i think i can say goodbuy to aircon. its a sad day indeed.
next Q: what front mount should i use? i was thinking S4 RX7. how much would it cost for a shop to make some custom pipes up and a bracket to mount the i/c? should the pipes both go past the drivers side of the radiator or have one pipe go round each side?
