do you reckon the lag would be that bad?? What if you only used a small turbo... because i'm sure the stockie 2tgeu wouldn't be able to handle much boost anyway.
I'm currently sourcing parts to supercharge my 2t-geu. Probably will do it the tim frost way, wish i had pictures of his setup tho!!! I think it's probably cheaper to take the supercharger route too. It's also different .
Also interested as to what to do about engine management after i supercharge the car. Anyone know what the cheapest solution is? Can the stock 2t-geu ECU actually be reprogrammed or remapped?
toycelica77 : if you want to turbo your engine, you'll need:
-a 3t-gte manifold (which is a straight bolt on)
-some kind of turbo
-intercooler
-someone to do all the piping
-bigger injectors (need it with supercharging, not sure about turbo but i assume its the same) 3SGE injectors will bolt straight on
-aftermarket engine management (???)
