filling the oil lines is a good idea .

then after you have connected eveything .disconnect your ignitor (or something that will bot allow it actually stsart but wil stil crank over)

crank it over quite a few times this will help distribute oil.
then reconnect ignitor fire it up and let it idel for about two minutes then bring revs up slowly to about 1500rpm and hold for about 30 secs .

some say this is overkill but it takes 3 mins and then your sure the turbos have plenty of oil
