Sat, 22 March 2003 04:22 The adjustable aspect Paul is talking about is not the ability to adjust boost levels from inside the cabin (though he can build such a system - an old design without any of the new discoveries), but the ability to adjust the rate at which boost comes on. WITH this valve in place the boost RATE can be adjusted from lazy to insane wheelspinning fury. Beleive it or not, not everyone is after the fastest boost response, a couple of cars this is designed for have severe on boost traction problems derived from the severity of stock boost delivery. The valve will allow then to reach full boost at an adjustable boost curve - something a little flatter than b4. That said - I am getting it for the insane wheelspinning fury !! So with the valve = adjustable boost delivery --> early spoolup + perfect peak control No valve = just perfect peak boost control I have ordered mine and will be able to verify all this soon. Sydney Guys are welcome to come round and we can test drive back to back my HKS EVC Vs the valve system to see what you think. Matt [Report message to a moderator]
