My ke30 dirt road bashing/pizza delivering car has been through 3 mufflers cos of this, probly because of me turning off the key to make it happen I've tried playing with mufflers to try and get the maximum amount of noise happening I can too, and I've suceeded in putting dents in the floor of my boot! Scares the absolute buggery out of other traffic too, they pull over and think their tyres are gone. Do it under a large concrete bridge, absolutely sensational. My turbo ae86 also does it, cos of the harsh Haltech rev limiter that insists on backfiring. When it backfires through the intake, I'm NOT happy, but through the exhaust is fantastic, lets out quite decent looking flames... So enjoy and encourage it! Retarded timing should help it, as will thrashing the thing and getting the exhaust really hot. I'm gonna try and study it [Report message to a moderator]
