as per the current regulations on engine emissions..
the engine you put in the car must meet the emissions standards for the year of production of the car. so there will be no problems using them for transplants, as they have already passed emissions (as they were an aus-delivered engine).
the RB26 might be a different matter ... as I'm not sure if GTRs were aus-delivered.
if not, one they're in the car they have to pass an emissions test (which can be challengine with ecu, turbo, exhaust mods)
