Assuming you have a W58 and a tyre circumference of 1965mm (calculated using stock MA61 tyre size), a 4.11:1 ratio will give you a theoretical top speed of 256.5km/h at 7000rpm. A 3.73:1 ratio will bump this up to 282.6km/h. How often do you think you'll be driving above 250?
At freeway speeds (100km/h), the 3.73 diff will have the engine spinning at 2500rpm, compared to 2750rpm for the 4.11 diff.
Given the revvy nature of the 1G, I would be more inclined to use a lower diff ratio (4.11 or 4.3). If possible you should go for a spin in a 1G-powered car to try it for yourself!
Seriously though, if you don't end up using the 3.73 let me know. Mewants!
