Well. just going to 3T crank + 40" over 3T pistons you will get ~1850cc, up from 1588cc standard. This is a good safe increase.

Get some 3T pistons, have them flycut so they don't hit the valves and you're away. I can probably source 3T pistons for $100AUS delivered that are sold by Repco. I can't give a warranty on this but can assure you that the box will be unopened.

That's all I would do.
