I know it is probably hard enough finding the diffs in the first place, but if you put in a diff that has done 150,000 to 200,000 km, how can you expect them to last for ever ? They could have been in a car that was driven by some dickhead every day who dropped sets and did burnouts at every intersection. (oops, sounds like me in my supra....) Maybe a run of bad luck saw you purchase diffs that had already seen their fair share of hard work. I have shattered 2 clutches, broken 2 diffs and smashed an axel in the past couple of cars I have owned. I know just what you are going through.... [Report message to a moderator]
