i considered a similar conversion not too long ago. Since the engine was deisgned as east west only, all the water pumps/housings and dizzy and stuff is all at the back of the motor, which makes life difficult for fitment into a RWD car. But not impossible.
Anthony Kellam in brisbane has some bolt on parts that overt this crisis using coil pack and some new water housings (so they dont point striaght into the firwall. He is probably the best to talk to on this conversion. You will find him on the www.twincam16.com forums
