Mine is only 1400kg's....or so they put on my rego to get cheaper rego. But I was still in the bracket of the dear rego anyway so didn't make any difference. Mine was 1690 with a full tank of petrol on the weigh bridge. It was a problem of getting the thing passed by the RTA due to being so different and the RTA never seeing one before. Took 4 hours to find the engine number and finally asked a question on here and got the answer straight away...thanks to that person. I had to go get it weighed and all. The best thing though was the mechanic that did the pink slip was more impressed by it and had never seen one or heard of one before he just passed it cause I was talking to him for 2 hours about it and he ran out of time to actually check anything....ha ha ha But yeah a greAt car.
