id say it is putting another relay/relays closer to the headlights, with phat cable going from the battery to the relay to the headlights, cuts sown on resistance in the wires, hence more current goes through the filaments in the bulbs.
i want high intensity discharge lights, i told a friend of mine this, and he said "that sounds fking dicgusting"
