i thought a smokey engine in those conditions was from bung valve seals or something.
if your selling theres definatly a market for them, although i bought mine for $4000, it was going to go on the yard for $7000.
i often toy with the idea of a better engine but what brings me down to earth is that i would have to upgrade suspension, brakes and other gear to handle the extra power, when it would prolly be quicker, easier and cheaper to just get an mr2 or celica with that extra oomph
