G' DAY.
When i did mine, i had a spare NA 1GGE sitting round so it was easy, but my mate did the conversion too and he just got the mounts off me, and took it to an engineering joint and they whipped up some for him, moddeled on mine, only cost him $60 each, so it wasnt too bad, and there are factory looking!
Also a tip... when u get your metal mounts, you dont have to use spacers or anything tricky like that to hold the motor. Just go in2 Repco, and buy their version of the rubber mounts made for the 18R. They look nothing like the toyota ones, they are nolethane too  But they do happen to hold the 1G-GTE perfectly. It sits lower and further back compared to using the standard Toyo ones with 10mm spacers. (plus they are new!)
