The power output you mention for those modifications are quite typical of American rating system. Congratulations on the 13.1, that's an impressive time - those tyres must have helped quite a lot.

My Supra ran 13.7@103 on the cheapest tyres I could find. Modifications were a 3" exhaust, pod filter, and a manual boost controller set to 10psi. Grand total of these modifications was $1060 (about $550US).

When the car was automatic (did not have the pod filter at this stage) it ran 13.7@100mph
