The big/small port exhaust side is the same, and the inlet manifold bolt pattern is identical, just the port sizing is different. How do I know this? I tried to bolt my small port manifold to my big port head and it took me several minutes to work out why the bloody thing wouldn't start 
The 20V uses a slightly different exhaust pattern, and the inlet side is completely different. Engine mounts, flywheel bolts, etc. are much the same though, just the water hoses and dizzy position changes.
