This may or may not help but when i got my Soarer complianced it cost roughly 3-4 grand. Just a little note, for compliance (when done properly) the stock exhaust and such must be put back in place. I cant remember exactly everything i had to have change but ssome of them were the fitment of a cat, changing of the seatbelts, changing of all fluids in the car, changing of all the filters. Dash light dimmer was already there from factory as are the side intrusion bars. Cant remember if I had the child restraint moutns done as well or if they were there from factory. Im sure there are quite a few more things to be done but i cant remember them off the top of my head.

Hope it helps Smile
