There great cars the 88-91 models are a bit boring but nice to drive and easy on the fuel. However we now own the a 92 wide body model and its great the 2.2 has a little more grunt than the 2L but this is off set by the weight gain (i've dragged both models together) ours even has factory cruise, power windows and air con and power steer. Its a great car does 10L/100km in the city wether you thrash it or just cruise and our best on the open road sitting at a constant 117kph at 3000rpm is 7.2/100.
They are a great car dad and I call them the macca's car. Built for the masses and goes well for what it is. But you have to get a 5speed to go anywhere the auto just plugs along.
